Scott A. Santomauro M.S., P.E. has over 20 years of experience in the building construction industry. With both undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Central Florida, Scott has gained the local experience and knowledge needed to excel in his field. Scott's diverse background includes designing, analyzing and inspecting endless types of structures for the forces associated with high winds, impact, earthquakes, snow and occupancy.
Scott has performed numerous inspections of new and existing structures as well as provided expert testimony on behalf of both owners and builders. Scott prides himself on delivering an economical, safe and timely product with the out-going straight forward personality that his loyal clients enjoy so much.
